MEMBERS & SUPPORTERS FOCUS GROUP

Duties

• Is a member of the Members & Supporters Focus Group
• Takes part in tactical decision making about human resource issues (to include recruitment, retention, rewarding membership, working conditions, encouraging active participation, identifying training needs etc.)
• Contributes positive ideas to the development of the group’s work

Other Matters

All Volunteers

• Must join Thornbury FM - annual subscription rates apply
• Must be able to get to studio or meeting place in Thornbury on time

Volunteer of the Members & Supporters Focus Group

• Focus Group normally re-established after each temporary (RSL) broadcast
• A minimum of six months’ service is expected
• Must be able to attend focus group meetings (usually Monday evenings, once a month, at 7.30pm)
