Gary Price Gary is a local resident, he lives in Alveston, he started in entertainment at a young age, in 1978 at the age of 15 while still at school he started mobile DJ work,4 years later he began working as a night club DJ working the night clubs in Bristol, Bath, Swindon and cheltenham, doing this sort of work in clubs enabled me to work along side many well known artists, it was always very nerv racking but i would love to re live those day's i have some very fond memories of that era. Gary has a big love for dance music and specialises in mixing Hard house and Trance and is always practicing as his neighbours well know, like everything else you have to keep practicing otherwise you lose it, still very active as a Mobile DJ and night clubs still come up quite often, i don't think i would ever give up this line of work, a serious collector of old music he has original vinyl from the 50's to the present running into many many thousands. This time Gary is presenting the Thornbury Breakfast again, every week day morning between 0700 and 0900, along with Olly Pinkard, they will be getting listeners out of bed and on thier way to work or school's with the latest travel news and weather updates, there will again be a weekly crime update from the local police on each Wednesday as well as some excellent music, so join Gary and Olly for the Thornbury breakfast very week day morning, Monday to Friday, between 0700 amd 0900, we look forward to your company.
